SAS and Trewarthas Pro-Am at Trethorne

Despite the fine weather, Only Michael Watson and Sean Mason could master the greens, at this year’s SAS and Trewartha’s Pro-Am at Trethorne.
They both produced rounds of 69 to win by three shots from Richard O'Hanlon, Andrew Sherborne and George Ryall.
Michael Watson was comfortably playing along until the 16th and 17th but he still held a healthy lead until Sean Mason, the penultimate player of 30, matched his score.
A birdie at the 18th by Former European Tour winner Gary Emerson lead his Ivor Edmunds Ltd team to victory by one shot.
